I have tried many methods:

1. MacDown
2. MarsEdit + Marked 2
3. MWeb
4. WordPress desktop

It seems that the best way for markdown is using MWeb because

1. It support mathjax directly unlike MarsEdit markdown
2. Any other _reason_?
